"I spent a few days with Don Identifying the correct parts which considering the information we had was understandable. My problem has come after the sale I was told my parts would be to me approx. wed (5/24/2017). I did not receive the said parts wed. and choose to wait an additional day given freight is not always on time. I still did not receive the parts order Thursday so i called to try to get a tracking number thursday afternoon. I spoke with Nadeen who told me she would find out and would let me know friday. Well Friday morning i had to heard from her and called in @ approx. 8:45- 9:00am and Spoke with Nadeen again at which time she told me she did not know anything yet but would let me know she also informed that Don was not there and would not be back until Tuesday 5/30/17. When i arrived back at approx 1:00 I still had not heard from Nadeen so i called back in to the parts dept. She informed she still has not found out anything and that it may be Tuesday before she knows anything when Don gets back. I stressed to her at this point that i can NOT wait until Tuesday to even get a tracking number for MY customer and when he will be able to go back to work. At which time she told me she call Don and get back with me. At the time of writing this i still have yet to hear anything with a very upset customer on my end."
